EA-Exam[Bearbeiten | Quelltext bearbeiten]
The entire exam was based on a single case description:
IKEA plans to enter a new market segment for luxury furniture, offering custom designs, individual consulting, and higher-quality materials. (I think it was something like that but ofc a with a more detailed description when someone remember more feel free to edit)
Main Tasks (ca. 60-70% of the exam)
- Model three architecture layers based on the given case: (I think it was these layers but not 100% sure anymore)
- Business Layer
- Application Layer
- Technology Layer
- What exactly was modeled in each layer was flexible, as long as it fit the given scenario.
- A legend with all ArchiMate elements was provided for the exam
Remaining Questions (ca. 30–40%)
- Describe what is modeled in a specified layer, explain its purpose/objectives in relation to the given IKEA case.
- List the TOGAF Phases
- Define some documenting principles that would apply to this case
